Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting our support team.
• After dispatch, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for damaged, wrong, or missing items upon verification.
• To request a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are credited within within 4–5 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please contact us at pingpongpulseoffical@gmail.com and provide your bank account number and IFSC code. The refund amount will be transferred directly to your bank account.
